Welcome!

We live in a world that changes often and quickly.  Change is good for all of us, but sometimes it can be difficult to manage.  If you’re a parent or guardian, you want nothing more than to have happy and healthy children, then Play Therapy can help.  It is often difficult for children to express themselves and to understand their feelings.

I am passionate about my work with children and families and have over 15 years of experience working with children and families.  I have worked for Mental Health Agencies in California and in Kansas.  Additionally, I have been employed as a School Social Worker and that experience has given me a better understanding of helping children who struggle in an academic setting.

I work with a variety of mental health issues such as:  ADHD, divorce, deployment, parenting, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.  I enjoy working with military dependents and their families and have a personal understanding of those issues.  My husband served in the United States Army for 22 years.
